Most of your accounts in MYRA should refresh automatically when you sign in. However, there are certain banks that allow us to only update your financial data once per day.
You can check when your account was last updated by looking at the xx days ago indicators under the balance (e.g. PNC bank, 12 days ago).
If one or more of your accounts haven't updated in over 24 hours:
- There may be an error you need to fix. Click the 3 dots, select "Fix".
- There may be an outage with your financial institution.
If your account isn't experiencing an outage and isn’t connecting, please check that your username and password are correct.
