Action Items

CREATE ACTION ITEMS

MYRA's Action Item section will help you keep a consolidated list of your to-do list items. 

Step 1: Log into the MYRA app.

Step 2: Click the three lines on the top left of your screen so a menu appears.

Step 3: Click on 'Action Items', and you'll see the following screen. Click the [+] in the top right to add Action Items.

Step 4: You can input your Action Items with additional information to categorize, prioritize, set a due date, and mark the current status. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.  

Once you've finished inputting your Action Item, it will appear on the screen each time you log in so you can keep track and update your progress. Check out how to manage your action items, too.

MANAGE ACTION ITEMS

MYRA's Action Item section will help you manage, categorize, prioritize and update your to-do list items. 

Step 1: Log into the MYRA app.

Step 2: Click the three lines on the top left of your screen so a menu appears.


Step 3: Click on 'Action Items', and you'll see the following screen with your action items at the bottom. You can either filter, search, or scroll to find your task.

  • Filter option: You can filter by the stage of the task (started, waiting, stuck, completed) or by priority level

  • Search: You can input keywords to find your task.

  • Scroll option: You can scroll through your tasks until you find the one you're seeking.

Step 4: Once you've found the task you're seeking, click on the three dots on the right to edit, delete or mark your task as complete.
