Control Person
A control person is one who:
- owns or controls 10% or more of the voting stock of a corporation; or
- holds a position as an officer or director of a corporation; or
- is in a position to influence the decision-making process of a corporation.
If so, you may be subject to special rules of the SEC when acquiring or selling control stock.
Update your INVEST accounts with this info. with the following quick steps:
Step 1: Log into your account in the MYRA app.
Step 2: Click the three dots on the top right of your screen so a menu appears in the top right.

Step 4: Select the option 'Disclosures' and modify from there.
